As a Senior IT Manager at WNS Global Services Pvt., I held responsibility for managing IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery of the WNS business units in Pune, Chennai, and Bangalore. I contributed to the success of company’s progression by leading a team of more than 75+ staff members in IT Group across Pune, Chennai, and Bangalore. I served as ITSM lead in IT PMO for overseeing Aviva global offshoring business transition to WNS and other integration related project activities such as service planning, scheduling, reporting, and resource management. I managed business/technology transition and organisational change according to new business pursuits with relevant technical inputs, while ensuring change management and business continuity management processes enforced that boosted business’ resiliency. I set up BOT model subsidiary of WNS as a separate entity by owning the IT function to design, build and run operations.

Below are some of my key accomplishment that I have attained during this tenure:
~ Integrated three different entities into WNS technology platforms in less than 90 days, including post-merger of Aviva global services facilities from Chennai and Bangalore.
~ Played a key role in implementing ISO 9001 and BS7799, including recertification to ISO 27001.
~ Provided IT support and service delivery to 5500+ end users across all three offshore locations.

As a Director, Quality, Hybrid Infra Services and Head of Infrastructure, Platform/ MS Shared/ End User Services at Tieto Oyj, I steered and managed hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and platform related service management globally for customers from different industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Oil, Gas, Energy and Utilities.
I served a key role as director of quality, hybrid infra services by administering IT operations in traditional and high velocity IT delivery models and create centralized functions with a global staff strength of 1200+ IT experts in India and Czech Republic.
I spearhead IT service management of global deliveries to ensure all services aligned business strategy, increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness. I managed quality functions to improve service excellence and reported to country manager of Czech Republic.
I lead personnel and direct delivery activities in different towers such as customer service centre (end user support, service desk, and operational control centre), platform services (email, IM, and portals), workspace services(device management and SAM), business platform services (database and SAP basis), and enterprise cloud platform services (private/public and hybrid cloud).
