He is a multi-faceted innovator who extends his talents over all aspects of large-scale enterprise IT Infrastructure & Application Management for industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Oil, Gas, Energy, and Utilities. He excelled in his terms and ways and created innovative business technology and models that pioneer high growth.
By the blending of his professional experience and immense knowledge over IT Operations Outsourcing and IT infrastructure kindled a wave of digital transformation projects that strategize and catalyze the growth of ground-breaking IT services. He is a qualified exponent with educational excellence and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from IGNOU and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. And later he accomplished his executive education in Management from The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Sweden, and attended numerous leadership programs from IIM-B, Dale Carnegie Inc, Neuro Leadership Group, and SIA Group UK. Subi got renowned and recognized with the prestigious accolade of the Next100 CIO Award by IT Next Magazine.
Subi held key leadership roles at Tieto Oyj, WNS, Astron Plc, Hays Plc, DEI group UK and currently leading the Global Datacenters and Cloud Practice in TMF Group based in Pune. He has lived and worked extensively across Asia and Europe. He is also an ITIL practitioner with the highest ITIL qualifications such as ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader. He started the ITIL journey back in 2005 by achieving the ITIL v2 Service Manager and later became ITIL v3 Expert certified in 2009.

Subi is happily married to Nisha, who is a homemaker, and they are blessed with a daughter Malavika, who is 17 yrs old. He has an affinity for watching movies and immensely zealous about technology, and also, he is an ardent traveler.
